DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery time slots are as follows

                Morning Hours – Between 10:00AM and 12:00NOON

                Afternoon Hours – Between 2:00PM and 4:00PM

                Evening Hours – Between 5:00PM and 6:00PM

In order to provide you with the best of products we strive to deliver you the products at the earliest possible. However, due to unforeseen situation there may be slight changes in the delivery times or order rescheduled to next day, this would be informed prior while the order is processed.

A nominal fee would be charged for delivery of goods depending on the area which will be mentioned in the invoice once the order is placed.

Marketstall.lk reserves the right to choose the ‘Delivery Time Slot’ depending on the customer’s availability.

CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to cancel the order if;

                The order has not been dispatched.

                The order delivered doesn’t belong to the customer.

                The order delivered doesn’t contain the goods ordered by the customer.

Marketstall.lk reserves the right to cancel an order if;

                The information provided is incorrect

                The delivery location is beyond the delivery zone

                The customer doesn’t respond to our delivery team while being contacted.

                Due to unforeseen weather conditions, disasters, riots, lockdowns, etc.

In the event of cancellation, the customer would be given a complete refund within stipulated days or the amount can be utilized for future purchases.
